Mixed Interval Training # 1

This video incorporates interval training in which you alternate between cardio and strength training. Exercising in intervals helps to strengthen the heart and helps the body adapt to tolerate higher intensities of exercise so your body becomes more efficient. Beginners can choose the low impact options, and use very light or no weights to start. Be sure to follow this with a stretching video.
